Property Setup


We’ll schedule an on-boarding session with you and arrange a professional photographer to bring the charm of your home to life.


During the on-boarding session you can provide further instructions to our team, including our Housekeeping and Maintenance Managers. We will arrange to have your property professionally cleaned, maintenance attended to and lockboxes installed.


2.

LISTING YOUR PROPERTY


In this highly competitive market, to get the right guests, you need the right listing.


With our experience in short-stay rental management, we understand what makes a listing successful and we work hard and smart to get your property noticed. We list the properties under our management on our sister site The BnB Collection as well as across a wide range of short term holiday rental property sites – including AirBnb and Expedia, to ensure maximum exposure.

We manage your property


While we’re always available and highly responsive, a large part of our job is to simply get on with managing the day to day running of your rental property. At the end of each month, we provide you with an itemized invoice and income cheque.
